Volta Medical’s decision not to initiate legal action upon becoming aware of such unauthorized use shall not be construed as a waiver of legal action and prosecution.

In addition, it is specified that the name "Volta Medical", ® as well as its logos, are trademarks registered with the French National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI) and are protected as worldwide trademarks. Any total or partial reproduction, in an identical or imitated form, of the name "Volta Medical", of its semi-figurative representations (logos) is prohibited, within the meaning of Articles L.713-2 and following of the French Intellectual Property Code. In this context, you agree not to use the Volta Medical brand and/or any of its logos without our prior written permission.

Volta Medical is also the exclusive holder of the right to exploit the domain name volta-medical.eu so that any use of it – for any reason whatsoever – is strictly prohibited.
